We are key partners in supporting the global Catalyst Program – which culminates in the industry conferences DTW Copenhagen and Innovate Asia – delivering clear, authoritative content for complex innovation projects.
Opportunity
TM Forum needed a partner who could help Catalyst teams communicate technical solutions in a concise, accessible way. Each project involves multiple companies, emerging technologies, and detailed case studies tied to standards and frameworks. Teams often span regions and sectors, so each deliverable requires clarity, accuracy, and a consistent narrative.
Catalysts operate at pace. DTW and Innovate Asia run on tight production cycles with frequent updates, evolving requirements, and strict deadlines. Many teams also require content aligned with TM Forum models such as ODA, DMM, and AI Maturity frameworks. This demanded a partner who understood telecoms, wrote with precision, and could manage multiple briefs without sacrificing quality.
Result
Oriel provides end-to-end content support for dozens of Catalyst teams each year. We shape project narratives, refine messaging, and translate technical work into clear, compelling outputs. This includes articles for TM Forum’s Inform news channel, project summaries, and materials used to promote each Catalyst’s outcomes.
Working closely with project leaders and stakeholders, we capture the narrative of each project cycle and ensure objectives are communicated with clarity. By working with diverse industry stakeholders across regions and market segments, we help extend the impact of Catalyst projects beyond DTW and Innovate Asia. This work has increased awareness of TM Forum standards and documentation, while supporting recognition for award-winning finalist projects.
