A: After your initial 6 months, you can continue with our hosting starting at £50/month, which includes server management, security updates, and technical support. Alternatively, we can help you migrate to your preferred hosting provider.

A: Our Commercial Support package (£300/month) includes 1 day per month of design and development support for updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Our Enterprise Support package (£600/month) provides 2 days per month. Both include priority response times and proactive monitoring.
A: Yes. We build sites on user-friendly platforms and provide training so you can make content updates, add pages, and manage your site independently. For more complex changes, our support packages are available.

A: We accept payment in full,incremental payment on a monthly basis or can arrange payment plans for larger projects beyond their completion time. Typical arrangements include 50% deposit to begin work and 50% on completion, though we’re happy to discuss flexible payment structures that work for your cash flow.
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. Each package includes multiple rounds of revisions (3 – 4 depending on the package). We work collaboratively, incorporating your feedback at each stage. We won’t launch until you’re completely satisfied with the final result.
