Oriel has partnered with the GSMA for more than a decade, supporting major programmes across IoT, security, AI, and fintech. We deliver marketing, content, and digital execution that strengthens the GSMA’s global presence. Our work spans campaigns, design, development, and consistent, high-quality content across multiple industry initiatives.

Opportunity

The GSMA needed a partner who could support many programmes at once and maintain a clear, consistent voice. Their teams worked across complex topics, including IoT security, remote SIM provisioning, AI, fintech, and new regulatory frameworks. Each area required accurate messaging and accessible explanations for diverse audiences.

Alongside this, the GSMA launched several major web initiatives. These include the IoT Knowledgebase for Policy and Regulation, and the AI use case library. Both required structured content models, strong information design, and the ability to be scaled easily by in-house teams.

New programme sites also needed fast delivery. These included Security, United Against Scams, AI, Fintech, and Fusion. Each site required SEO-optimised copy, modular page layouts, and a coherent tone. Event support created further demand. Mobile World Congress needed written content that captured seminars and exhibitions with clarity and pace. The GSMA sought a long-term partner with deep telecoms knowledge and reliable production capability.

Result

Oriel delivered integrated content, design, and digital support that improved the GSMA’s communication and speed of delivery. We created clear and engaging content for technologies such as LTE-M, NB-IoT, and remote SIM provisioning. Additionally, we also shaped the structure and content of major platforms, including the Mobile IoT Coverage Map and Mobile Money SDG map. 

Part of our objectives was to produce SEO-ready copy and on-brand page builds across several programme sites. Each site launched with a consistent voice and strong usability. We supported further by providing event content for Mobile World Congress, which provided a basis for evergreen content all year round. This work ensured seminars and exhibitions were captured accurately, shared quickly and engaged the right people.

Across all tasks, we provide ongoing and reliable long-term support. This allows the GSMA to maintain a polished digital presence and progress complex projects with confidence. Our partnership continues to help their teams deliver high-quality content at scale.
